Initial meeting
We start with an in-depth meeting to understand your project vision goals and stakeholders. This helps us shape a plan that perfectly matches your needs.

Outline budget development and scope
Drawing on our delivery expertise and our first meeting, we’ll prepare an initial costing and scope based on your requirements. This will give you a clear, realistic picture of the costs you’re likely to face to achieve your vision.

Design and workspace planning
Here’s where your project takes shape. Working with either our in-house design team or your chosen designers, we’ll compile:
- Detailed space plans with desk layouts, breakout zones and meeting rooms
- Material samples and finish options for ceilings, walls and floors
- Project timeline and comprehensive costs
- Visual concepts through drawings and moodboards
We will provide enough detail so you’re confident to share the proposed fit out with your stakeholders. Once you’re satisfied with the design, we’ll move forward with a contract and deposit to begin work.

Furniture strategy
Turnea will assess your furniture needs and handle all the logistics. Whether you’re keeping existing pieces or starting afresh, we manage everything from storage during construction to final furniture installation right through to disposal.

Fit out and construction
Before work starts, we handle all building control requirements and compliance documentation. This stage is where we do the main building work by stripping out the old interior finishes and services then start fitting out your new workspace.
Customer service is important to us, so we’ll keep you informed via weekly site meetings so you’re fully aware of how your fit out is progressing. Once the project is complete, we will give you your building control certificate of completion.

Moving in
We’ll help you move and settle into your new office space. We can help with small works including IT installations, whiteboards, mounting TVs, those little touches to make the space your own.
